Compte d'entiercement
Un compte d’entiercement est un compte en fiducie qui prête son assistance aux transactions achats/ventes ( immobiliers, voitures, et autres biens), en réduisant le risque au minimum entre les parties impliquées . L’acheteur, le vendeur et la banque signent un contrat dans lequel ils se mettent en accord sur les documents nécessaires ,les termes et les conditions à apporter à un marché . L’acheteur obtient le droit sur un bien quand le montant de l’accord a été transféré sur le compte d’entiercement de la banque; le vendeur en retour reçoit l’argent après avoir rempli les obligations specifiées dans le contrat.
