The Jurmala card is designed primarily for foreign guests, who come here for a summer vacation or who live here on a permanent basis; therefore, the card’s issue has been timed to coincide with the start of the ‘high season’ in Jurmala and Riga.
This exclusive card will allow the best choice to be made among the variety of offers, and its holders will obtain special privileges in first-rate stores and boutiques, restaurants, hotels, entertainment and recreation places, etc.
The Jurmala card will be offered to Rietumu Bank customers, who receive a residence permit in Latvia with the bank’s support; other customers of the bank will be able to apply for the card as well.
