On 16 February there will be a Federal Holiday in the USA. Therefore outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 13 February after cut-off-time (3:00 p.m., Latvian time, UTC +2) will be sent with value date marked as 17 February.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 16 February will also be sent with value date marked as 17 February. On this day trade orders in financial instruments given by phone will be accepted from 9:00 till 20:00 according to Latvian time.
