On 25 November, the USA celebrate a Federal Holiday – Thanksgiving Day. Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 24 November after Cut off time (6:00 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent with value date marked as 26 November 2010.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 25 November will also be sent with value date marked as 26 November.
