Starting from today, our customers can place term deposits over the phone using the bank’s identification system Rietumu ID.
You need only a Rietumu ID number and one-time password from DigiPass. Deposits are opened immediately at standard rates, supplemental documents are not required.
By calling our Information centre at + 371 67025555 you can open deposits on a round-the-clock basis.
Using Rietumu ID, you can also credit your card accounts, investment and savings accounts, transfer funds between accounts and convert currencies by phone, as well as to access the internet bank, monitor securities deals, etc. The service is available almost round-the-clock.
All the bank’s customers can switch to Rietumu ID any time for free.
