On changes in bank and customer agreement

This is to inform that starting from 1 September, 2014 new Terms and Conditions of JSC "Rietumu Banka" and Client Agreement and new edition of JSC "Rietumu Banka and Client Agreement are entering into force.

Rietumu Bank will provide services in accordance with the new edition of the Terms and Conditions of JSC "Rietumu Banka" and Client Agreement to its existing clients starting form 1 September; to new clients – from 1 July.

Please pay attention that all clients in their further work with a bank should use new editions of following forms:

– specimen signature and seal card (corporate entity)

– client registration card (corporate entity)

– appendix 1 to client registration card (corporate entity) "information on company activity"

– beneficial owner’s identification card

– power of attorney (corporate entity)

– order on issue of corporate payment card MASTERCARD/VISA

– order on issue of corporate payment card MASTERCADR WORLD SIGNIA

– order on issue of corporate payment card VISA PLATINUM JURMALA

– client registration card (private individual)

– power of attorney (private individual)

– client's representative’s specimen signature card private individual merchant account opening application
