The Members of the Board of Rietumu Bank have affirmed the revised version of Terms and Conditions of JSC “Rietumu Banka” and Client Agreement. The revised version enters into force from the 1st September, 2017.
The revised version contains a number of amendments and modifications. Particularly, there has been added Section IV "Trading Platforms" and Part 30 "Precious metals in a non-cash form". The changes have been made in Part 19 "Foreign Exchange Transactions" about the requirements of EMIR regulations regarding over-the-counter derivative exchange transaction etc.
