On 27 November there will be a Federal Holiday in the USA. Therefore outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 26 November after cut-off-time (3:00 p.m. Latvian time, UTC +2) will be sent with value date marked as 28 November.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 27 November will also be sent with value date marked as 28 November. On this day trade orders in financial instruments given by phone will be accepted from 9:00 till 20:00 according to Latvian time.
Additionally, Friday November the 28th is a short business day in the US, trade orders in financial instruments given by phone will be accepted from 9:00 till 21:00 according to Latvian time.
