On 21 February, the USA celebrate a Federal Holiday – Presidents Day. Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 18 February after Cut off time (6:00 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent with the value date marked as 22 February 2010.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 21 February will also be sent with the value date marked as 22 February.
