Rietumu Bank successfully accomplished bonds issue

Rietumu Bank hereby announces the successful accomplishment of previously announced issue of two-year U.S. dollar denominated bonds.

Information on the issue:

Amount issued: 7 500 000 USD. Nominal value of one bond: 75 000 USD. Number of bonds issued: 100.

Coupon bonds with the fixed rate 2.25%. The coupon frequency is twice a year. Issue price – 100% of the nominal value.

ISIN: LV0000801975; the series number USDSN-2. Issue date: 22 December, 2015; Maturity date: 22 December, 2017.

The forthcoming bond issue of Rietumu Bank was announced in early December.100% of the offered volume were placed.
