On 12 October 2009, the USA celebrate a Federal Holiday – Columbus Day.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 9 October after Cut off time (6:00 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent with value date marked as 13 October 2009.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 12 October will also be sent with value date marked as 13 October.
Starting from 14 October, all transactions in USD will be carried out as usual.
