On 2 and 3 May there will be a National Holiday in the Russian Federation and on 4 May – a National Holiday in Latvia. Therefore outgoing payment instructions in RUB received from customers on 29 April after cut-off-time (2:00 p.m. Latvian time, UTC +3) will be sent with value date marked as 5 May.
