On 23 December after cut-off-time (15:00 p.m. Latvian time for
Standart payments in USD, 16:30 p.m. Latvian time for
Express payments in USD, 12:00 a.m. Latvian time for
Standart payments in EUR, 16:00 p.m. for
Express payments in EUR), outgoing payment instructions in all currencies will be sent with value date marked as 27 December.
