On 17 February the USA celebrate a Federal Holiday. Therefore outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 14 February after cut-off-time (3:00 p.m. Latvian time, UTC +2) will be sent with value date marked as 18 February.
Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars, including Express payments, received from customers on 17 January will also be sent with value date marked as 18 February.
