Continuing to improve its remote services, Rietumu expanded deposit placement options by telephone.
From now on the bank’s customers, who place term deposits over the phone using our new identification system Rietumu ID, are offered special interest rates for the amounts starting from EUR/USD 250 000, LVL/GBP 100 000 or RUB 5 000 000.
You can open the deposits by calling Customer Deposit Division at + 371 67005545 (from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm Latvian time).
You can also place term deposits at standard rates by calling our Information centre at + 371 67025555 on a round-the-clock basis, as usual.
All the bank’s customers can switch to Rietumu ID any time for free.
